MORRISTOWN, New Jersey, April 7, 2000 - CardSmart Technologies formally announced today that it has filed for a patent recognizing its proprietary MiPass™ software technologies. MiPass™ Software enables smart cards to increase security and usability for PC users in Internet and LAN based network applications.
