Federally Funded Projects  
Government systems designed, developed and deployed by CST at sites all over the world include enterprise-scale, user-friendly Web-based systems for Navy HONORS Tracker, Navy Access Control Management, Navy Food Service, and Visitor Identity Management for NOAA. In addition, CST has successfully completed projects for a variety of other Federal agencies and military services, including, BIMA/DFBA, USMC, DHS, DOI, GSA, DOT/Volpe, and DOS.

DoD Facilities Clearance   CST maintains a Facilities Security Clearance through the DoD Defense Security Service and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Most CST employees have active security clearances. Personnel are located in New Jersey, the Carolinas, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Florida, Montana, and Michigan.

Government Interfaces   CST is experienced in development of interfaces and other innovative and inter-operable features that work with and among many different Government-owned systems and authoritative databases involving identities (DEERS), bio-metrics (BIMA/DFBA), certificate revocation lists (CRLs), and state DMVs, among others. Government solutions are hardened to meet stringent standards and extendable to work with other Government systems such as CAC/PIV and the Federal Bridge. CST is in compliance with applicable Federal Government regulations and standards (e.g., Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Privacy Act, and the Paperwork Reduction Act).  CST also has significant experience with Information Assurance (IA) Compliance, having co-authored the U.S. military’s Joint Gatekeeper Services standard (SEIWG) which defines DoD middleware services in identity management applications.
